How we look after you:

We provide a full delivery service
We provide a full delivery service in the greater Wellington region. We will deliver your new appliance to your home. If you wish, we can
unpack it for you, pick up your trade-in appliance or dispose of your old
appliance, and take away the packaging. We can phone you half an hour before
arrival to let you know we're coming.
For large appliances we charge a low fixed fee of $45, and $10 on smaller
appliances.

You can "Buy it to try it"
Take the appliance home. Use it for 2-3 days. Be sure it's what you want. If
you're not satisfied, either we make it satisfactory or we take it back
(Excludes personal hygiene and grooming products for health reasons, games,
DVDs and software for copyright reasons).

You can change your mind
14 day right of return
If the product is returned within 14 days in 'as new' condition, you'll receive
a full refund of the product. (Excludes personal hygiene and grooming products
for health reasons, games, DVDs and software for copyright reasons).
30 day right to upgrade
Within 1 month you can change your appliance for one worth 1/3 more and we
will give you a full credit for your first choice. The credit will be the
lesser of the price you paid or its current price.

Please ask us "What is included in your price?" so you can fairly compare our
offer with others. We have much more to offer than just a great price.

First Price Promise - We promise you our best price
If you buy, and within 14 days we reduce our price, then you are entitled to a
refund. You have 30 days from the day you buy to claim a refund.

Second Price Promise - We will be fair
If you buy from us and then find that you could have bought the same thing
elsewhere for less and received the same service, then at our option, either we
will refund the difference or we'll take the goods back and give you a full
refund. From the day you buy, we give you TWO WEEKS to check us out and claim
any refund.

We guarantee:
10 Years on Washers, fridges, dishwashers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops.
7 Years on TVs and stereos.
5 Years on all other appliances.
If we can not service your appliance or supply a replacement part within its
guaranteed service life, we will share the cost of a new appliance with you.
Please note: We may be unable to guarantee service life of products where
sulphur oxidation is a factor.

You choose your term payment option
Options Plan Account - this allows you to choose the way you pay
for your purchase via flexible and easy payments;
or
A fixed installment agreement where you have up to 36 months to pay.
All accounts are interest bearing, normal credit criteria apply. Applications must
be made in store, in person.

in our power to do it right the first time, but in the life of complex
electronics, things can go wrong, and if they do, we are absolutely committed
to "putting it right".
In addition to the advantages that apply to our entire product range, we have
some that apply to specific product groups. All installation prices are subject
to existing power and plumbing supplies meeting current building regulations

REFRIGERATORS
We offer:

A full delivery service in the greater Wellington region. We can
deliver, unpack and install your new refrigerator to existing plumbing and
electrical connections. This service will be provided by a registered
electrician or technician as required for a low fixed fee of $45, or $85 for a
refrigerator with an icemaker. We can also pick up your trade-in refrigerator
or dispose of your old refrigerator, at no extra charge.
Minimum Trade-In:

$200 minimum trade-in for a tidy Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer less than 8
years old in good working order and condition.

If it's worth more we will pay you more.

If it's older than 8 years we will still trade it in subject to inspection.
Food Protection:

If your freezer fails while under guarantee, emergency help is available to
store food. Notify us immediately and we will replace food lost as a result of
the fault.
Loan Appliance:

If we take your fridge/freezer away for servicing while under guarantee, you
are entitled to a loan fridge/freezer (subject to availability).

plumbing and electrical connection. This will be provided by a registered
service technician for a low fixed fee of $125 plus parts. We can also pick up
your trade-in dishwasher or dispose of your old dishwasher, at no extra charge.

We offer:

loading washer, $85 for a front loading washer and $45 for a dryer. For fixed
wiring by a registered electrician add $50. We can also pick up your trade-in
appliance or dispose of your old appliance, at no extra charge.

Clothes Protection: If your clothes are damaged as a result of a washing
machine fault and it is still under our guarantee, we will pay for the loss.

LCD, PLASMA AND PROJECTION TVs
We offer:

A full delivery service in the greater Wellington region (please
contact us for a quote if you live outside this area). We can deliver, unpack
and install your new product, including connecting it to your existing aerial
and one of Video, Saturn, DVD Recorder, Home Theatre and Freeview Decorders.
For TVs up to 32" there will be a fixed fee of $80, the unit will be delivered
and installed by a service technician.
For TVs over 32" there will be a fixed fee of $125, the unit will be delivered
by one of our delivery teams and installed by a service technician.
These fees include connection to an existing aerial and one of the following:
Sky/Cable decoder, DVD, Video, Freeview decoder or similar device.
Additional units (excluding home theatre and projection TV) will be connected
for $20 per unit. If the home theatre was purchased with the TV, the connection
charge is $60, otherwise $125.
Please note that if any additional leads or plug boxes are required to complete
the installation the sevice technician will discuss the requirement
with you and if supplied will be chargeable.
We will also pick up and dispose of your old television at no extra cost.

A customised installation service on home entertainment products. This includes
fixing Plasma and LCD TV’s to your wall, installing speakers and home theatre
systems to your requirements and concealing wiring. As part of this service, we
