Innovative Temperature Control In the mixing chamber, the washer monitors incoming hot and cold water to ensure the right temperature. Because detergent performance drops off below 20°C, Fisher & Paykel washers give you a "controlled cold" option to automatically add a little hot water to cold washers to bring them up to 20°C.

New specialty cycles for the IW611 and IW711 models:
- Bits ‘n’ beach cycle is ideal for washing towels and clothes after spending time in the sand or grass, to remove impurities that get stuck in the creases of washed items.
- Chocolate cycle breaks down the protein and fats in chocolate and then spray rinses it clean.
