2. What guarantees do LV Martins give their products?
A.
All products are guaranteed, and the guarantee details are recorded in our computer system along with the customer’s details. If an appliance needs servicing or checking, all the guarantee details are readily available to the service department.

3. Do you have your own Service and Spare Parts Departments? Do we give ‘home service’ for repairs?
A.
Yes to both. Both our Service and Spare Parts Departments operate from our main Ngauranga Superstore. The phone number is 04 4969899.

3. What types of credit do you offer?
A.
We have three types of ‘in-house’ credit accounts that we can offer our customers. We also can offer extended credit through a Consumer Finance Limited for longer credit terms.
Our three types of credit accounts are a One Month Account, a Three Month Account, and a 12 Month Account.
The One Month Account operates as a normal trading account. Purchase this month and pay for this month’s purchases by the 15th of next month. No interest is charged, unless a payment has been missed. Arrears interest is 1.5% a month.
The Three Month Account allows the customer to purchase this month and pay a 25 percent deposit. The remaining 75% of the balance is spread over the next three months, three equal payments by the 15th of the following three months. Again, no interest is charged, unless a payment is missed. Arrears interest is 1.5% a month.
The 12 Month Account is a form of Revolving Credit. It allows the customer to purchase this month and pay a 25 percent deposit. The remaining 75% of the balance is spread out over the next 12 months. Interest is charged on the reducing balance at the rate of 1.5 percent per month. A statement fee of $1 per month is also charged. Payments are always due by the 15th of the next month.
Consumer Finance Limited can offer our customers some good finance deals when purchasing products through us. The details of each deal change from time to time, so always check with the sales staff for up to date information on these types of finance deals.

4. Where is your Ngauranga shop located and how do we get to it?
A.
It is very easy to find. If coming from Wellington City or from the Hutt Valley, go up the
Ngauranga Gorge for approximately 400 metres. You should be in the right hand lane. There is an under-pass that will go under the main highway and bring you out at the intersection of State Highway 1 – Centennial Highway, go through this intersection to cross over Centennial Highway. At the next intersection, which is less than 15 metres away - Glover Street and Ngauranga Gorge Rd, turn right, and travel down the road. Our main building will be straight ahead of you.
There is a large carpark at the rear of the building, and a few carparks at the front of the building. There are two entrances to the building, the rear carpark entrance will bring you into the showroom in the Major Appliance Department. The front entrance will bring you into the Small Appliance Department part of the showroom.
If you are travelling down Ngauranga Gorge, you should be in the left hand lane. Our turnoff from Centennial Highway is just passed the on-ramp to the Ngauranga Interchange. Take the turnoff, Ngauranga Gorge Rd runs parallel with Centennial Highway. Our building is at the end of the street.

5. Do you sell second hand appliances or repossessed appliances?.
A.
Yes, we do. Our Trade In Department operates out of our Ngauranga building, and we always have a good range of quality pre-owned appliances for sale. All of these appliances have been serviced and are sold with the warranty.
