With any major appliance that you purchase from LV Martins, you can upgrade from our standard guarantee to a Gold Care Appliance Protection Guarantee. This means that if your appliance needs a warrantee repair anytime within the term of the plan you purchased the repair is absolutely free. You have up to 11 months from the date of purchase of your appliance in which you can purchase an associated Gold Care Appliance Protection Guarantee

At the end of either the Gold Care Appliance Protection Plan or our standard guarantee, we give you the option of purchasing a Service Contract, which covers all the costs that may be incurred with regard to parts, service and labour. A Service Contract can be renewed on a yearly basis until parts and service for the product are no longer available. As an alternative, you might like to take up our Total Household Cover. This is an excellent option, which covers your entire range of home appliances for all labour costs if you need them repaired. All you would pay for are the parts.
