Putting It Right
In the world of appliances, we know that things can go wrong, and if they do,
you can trust that we are dedicated to "putting it right".
We take ownership of the servicing on all of the products we sell. We have our own service
department for servicing whiteware and some small applicances and we arrange contract
servicing on all consumer electronics.
We are able to service the brands and models we sell, but may be unable to
service other brands, as we may not have access to their parts and workshop
manuals. If you are unsure, give us a call, and if we are unable to help, we
should be able to point you in the direction of a Repairs and Service that can.
We service the greater Wellington region, as far north as Levin in the West and
Kaitoke in the East.
Whiteware
We service a wide range of whiteware, including Refrigeration, Freezers, Ranges, Dishwashers,
Washers, Dryers, Built in Ovens, Rangehoods, Waste Disposers and Dehumidifiers.
Most of these appliances can be serviced in your home. If the appliance needs
be repaired in our workshop, we may be able to arrange a loan appliance for
your use while yours is being repaired.
Consumer Electronics
We arrange to service a wide range of consumer electronics, including Televisions, Video Cameras & Video
Players, Stereos, Stereo Components, Microwaves, DVD Players, telephones and
portable audio appliances. The larger of these appliances can be serviced in
your home, and the smaller items can be dropped of at any of our stores for
repair. We may be able to offer a loan television or microwave if necessary,
whilst yours is being repaired.
Small Appliance
We service a wide range of small appliances, including
Vacuum Cleaners, Food Processors, Blenders, Frypans, Irons, Heaters, Electric
Blankets, Toasters, Jugs and Kettles. Just drop your appliance off at any of
our stores, and we will arrange repair. We may be able to offer you a loan
appliance for items such as irons, kettles and toasters.
Guarantee Service Life
We guarantee the following service life for our products:
10 Years - Washers, Fridges, Dishwashers, Ranges, Cooktops.
7 Years - Televisions and Stereos.
5 Years - All other appliances.
We will share the cost of a new appliance with a new guarantee if in the first
10,7,5 years (as appropriate) we can not supply a replacement part or for any
reason we can not service your appliance.
