possibility that your appliance will need to be serviced. We all know that
service work is becoming increasingly expensive, so it makes sense to protect
yourself from these unexpected charges.
You can do this by taking advantage of an LV Martin Service Contract*. Our
service contract covers all the costs incurred with regard to parts, labour and
mileage. You also get the following benefits:

If your appliance is a washing machine or a dryer, you are protected under our
‘Damaged Clothes Cover’ for damage caused to clothes by a malfunction of the
machine.

If your appliance is a freezer or refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you
are protected under our ‘Frozen Food Cover’ for loss of food caused by the
freezer malfunctioning.

In emergencies, or when your appliance is likely to be away for service over a
prolonged period, a loan appliance can be made available.
You can purchase a Service Contract either at the end of an LV
Martin 5 year Performance Assured Guarantee or our standard guarantee.
An LV Martin Service Contract can be renewed on a yearly basis until parts and
service for the product are no longer available.

Service Contracts are only available within our service area – the greater
Wellington region (outside the greater Wellington region is defined as north of
Kaitoke, north of Levin and the south island)
Alternatively, if you are purchasing a new product, you should consider
upgrading from our standard guarantee to our 5 year Performance Assured
Guarantee. This means that if your appliance needs repair anytime in the first
