We deliver throughout New Zealand. There are 3 delivery
options:
1. We provide a full delivery service within the
greater Wellington region*. We will deliver your new appliance to
your home. If you wish, we can unpack it for you, pick up your trade-in
appliance or dispose of your old appliance, and take away the packaging. You
will be contacted by our Internet Consultant who will arrange for the goods to
be delivered at a time convenient for you.
For large appliances we charge a low fixed fee of $45, and $10 on smaller
appliances.
* The greater Wellington region is as far North as Levin in the West and
Kaitoke in the East.
2. If you are not a
local customer then provided the order weight/size does not exceed 25kg or
0.125m3 it will be delivered via Courier Post.
The following table gives a rough guide as to what the charges are for the
delivery of your order, depending on its size/weight and the distance it has to
be transported.

3. If your order cannot be delivered under
options 1 or 2 above then it will be freighted. Our Internet Consultant will
contact you to arrange delivery and agree the freighting costs.
The following tables give an approximate idea of the cost of freighting a number
of different items around the country. Please note that these are indicative
costs between city centres only, and the actual cost will be agreed between yourself and our Internet
Consultant prior to the goods being despatched. It should be noted that rural
deliveries incur a minimum extra charge of $30 and could take an extra 2 days.
